Div.1 Co. League Final Dr.Crokes 0-17 Dingle 1-18. Our senior team fell short after extra time in the County League Final over Dingle in Tralee on Friday evening. Both sides were evenly matched throughout the game. The game was in our favour as we entered the 57^th minute of normal time with two unanswered points from Cillian O’Regan giving us a 0-14 to 0-11 lead. As the clock continued to count down, Dingle fought with everything they had. Brendan Falvey mad a fantastic save with time almost up but Dingles Barry O’Sullivan was quickest to the rebound and tapped the ball in to the back of the net sending the game to extra time.  Dingle came out even stronger in extra time outscoring us 6 points to 2.  

U14 Co. League Final Our U14 girls had a great win in the Co. League Final, where they overcame a very strong John Mitchels team for the second time on a score line of 2-11 to 3-06.Siofra Randles was outstanding kicking some amazing scores while bursting through the midfield. She was ably assisted in point kicking by Sabra Hickey. Our captain Aoife O’Donoghue was tremendous at the back, with Ali Lyne making some great score-saving tackles. A fantastic effort from all the girls on the panel, the improvement throughout the squad has been amazing. Huge congratulations to each one of the girls, and to their fantastic coaches Eoin, Allan, Pia and Liz. 

Summer Camp Our very popular Summer Can will be taking place from the 22^nd to the 24^th of August from 9am – 1pm for boys and girls aged 4 to 11. Info from the academy coaches. LOTTO TOOK PLACE ON July 25^th Numbers drawn were 17, 23, 25, 27 Jackpot not won. No patrons matched 3 numbers. 4 lucky dips revieve €100 each. Jackpot for draw on August 1^st will be €8 000. We are calling on all members to support our weekly lotto as this represents one of the main sources of revenue for the club. With activity likely to recommence on the fields over the next few weeks we need people’s support to maintain our facilities in Lewis Road.
