Dr. Crokes Cubs continues on Saturday 10th February from 9:30-10:30 in the Aura Leisure Arena. This is an introduction to gaelic football and hurling for boys and girls aged 3-6 years.

Fr. Paddys Card’s continue every Wednesday at 8pm in the clubhouse. There is lots of money to be won. All you need is €5 and a partner. All are Welcome.

Pilates with Jola continues on Thursdays from 6:10pm to 7pm in the clubhouse.

Gentle Movement Classes with Kathleen continue on Tuesday mornings at 11am in the clubhouse. You do not need to be a member to join these free classes. All are welcome.

Old Clothes bank is located at the rear of the clubhouse. All clothes should be deposited in bags. Donations will help to provide vaulable funding to our club.

Club Notes Week 47 2024

Munster Club Championship Dr. Crokes 0:09 Rathgormack 0:08. Another Munster Club Final awaits us on December 8th after a narrow win over Rathgormack of Waterford on Sunday last. Playing against a gale force wind in the first half meant that we had to defend well and work hard to keep the scoreboard ticking over. With the win on their side, it was our opposition who opened the scoring in the second minute of play. One minute later Tony Brosnan levelled things through a free. With further points from Tony Brosnan and Micheal Burns we led 5 points to 3 points after the first quarter. Both teams swapped points and we held our lead of two point lead going in at the break, 0:07 to 0:05. Playing with the wind in the second half it took us 6 minutes to open the scoring from the boot of Micheal Burns, who finished the game with 4 points. Going in to injury time we led 9 points to 7 points, so it was still all to play for. Rathgormack threatened a goal a number of times throughout the game but it was Shane Murphy who got the better of them each time. The same was the story in the dying minutes of the game when he cleared a good Rathgormack effort on goal to ensure our place in the Munster Final against Loughmore Castleiney on December 8th.
